About Tony Robbins, RRI
At Tony Robbins, Robbins Research International, we do not build products. We build experiences that move people. As the worldโs leading personal development and peak performance organization, our mission is to help people create lasting transformation in their lives, businesses, relationships, and health. Our live experiences carry that mission to clients at the moments that matter most, the moments they decide to change.
We are hiring a Senior Event Manager to design and execute the most exclusive experiences in our Platinum Partnership community, from intimate gatherings of 30 elite members to curated international immersions serving 500 or more high-level partners. If you are driven by impact, obsessed with craft, and ready to build five-star environments that change lives, this is your moment.
About the Role
This is not a logistics-only role and it is not a creative-only role. Platinum experiences are ultra-premium, highly curated, emotionally engineered environments for an elite network of partners and high-net-worth individuals. You own the arc: concept, site selection, negotiation, design, production, on-site execution, and post-event refinement. You will do that across multiple concurrent programs at different stages, in different countries, with no clean handoffs.
You will operate close to senior leadership, VIP guests, executive assistants, and high-profile speakers. That means discretion is not a soft skill here, it is a job requirement. The pace accelerates hard inside event cycles and stays there for multi-day stretches on the ground.
We care about scale and stamina more than polish. We want to see complex, multi-day, large-format experiences you personally ran end to end, and how you held the standard when the unexpected happened with guests in the room.
โ What You Will Do
Own full lifecycle production for Platinum experiences: ideation, site selection, negotiation, design, production, logistics, on-site execution, and post-event refinement Source and secure world-class global venues including luxury resorts, private estates, exclusive-use properties, and iconic destinations Build and manage six-figure and multi-six-figure event budgets, forecasting, reconciling, and optimizing spend without lowering the standard Negotiate premium vendor and venue contracts for value, exclusivity, and elevated service delivery Direct complex global logistics: private travel and charters, VIP transportation, luxury room blocks, curated itineraries, security coordination, and concierge services Curate elevated food and beverage programs, custom gifting, bespoke excursions, and concierge-level personal detail for named guests Serve as trusted liaison to luxury venues, premium vendors, private concierge and security partners, VIP guests, executive assistants, speakers, and senior leadership Lead cross-functional vendors, contractors, and internal teams on the ground with calm authority and clear direction Introduce unexpected design moments and secure rare, hard-to-access experiences through network and resourcefulness Elevate the standard year over year for repeat elite attendees who have already seen the best
โ What We Are Looking For
You have personally produced multi-day, large-format premium experiences end to end. This is the non-negotiable. Small-format, single-day, or single-event work such as weddings and private parties does not translate to this role, regardless of budget size. 7 or more years producing luxury, celebrity-level, incentive-style, or ultra-premium events. We care more about demonstrated skill and shipped work than the exact number, but this is not an entry-level role. Direct experience serving VIP, executive, celebrity, or high-net-worth clientele, and a clear grasp of why that guest is different Global venue sourcing and contract negotiation expertise, with existing relationships in luxury hospitality Advanced budget ownership: six figures or more, held directly, including forecasting and reconciliation Ability to travel 50% or more, domestic and international, with flexibility inside event cycles Demonstrated endurance across sustained multi-day, high-intensity event cycles Proficiency with project management and financial tracking systems
โ Nice to Have
Background in personal development, coaching, wellness, education, media, or high-ticket membership communities Experience producing international programs across multiple countries in a single cycle Private aviation, yacht charter, or exclusive-use property production experience Comfort in high-ownership environments with no clean handoffs and a small, tight-knit team Experience with confidential or high-profile guest environments requiring security coordination
Compensation
The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $115,000. This is a full-time, remote position open anywhere in the contiguous United States, with 50% or more global travel required. We also offer a company ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Program) and comprehensive medical benefits.
Why This Role
Platinum is where the Tony Robbins mission gets delivered at its highest resolution, in rooms small enough that every detail is visible and stakes high enough that every detail matters. You will not be executing someone elseโs run of show. You will be defining what these experiences become, for an audience that has seen everything and still expects to be moved. Few roles in this industry combine that level of creative authority with that caliber of guest.
๐ป How to Apply
Apply through the link in this post. You will be asked focused questions about the scale and format of the experiences you have produced, the budgets you have owned directly, and the guest level you have served.
One question will ask you to walk us through the largest multi-day experience you personally ran end to end, including attendee count, duration, and what you owned.
We personally review every submission. If your application moves forward, you will hear from us within a few business days.
Robbins Research International is an equal opportunity employer.
Every application is reviewed by our recruiting team, and you'll hear back either way.
