🏆 Robbins Research International (Tony Robbins) is hiring a Senior Event Manager to design and produce the most exclusive experiences in the Tony Robbins world.

$115,000 base. Remote, contiguous United States. 50% or more global travel.

Platinum Partnership is our highest-level membership community. We build ultra-premium, five-star experiences for an elite network of partners and high-net-worth individuals, from intimate gatherings of 30 to international immersions serving 500 or more.

These are not conferences, and this is not a logistics seat. You own the arc: concept, site selection, negotiation, design, production, on-site execution, and post-event refinement, across concurrent programs in different countries.

We are looking for clear signal around the following:

• Large-format, multi-day production: you have personally run multi-day experiences end to end, not single-day events or private functions. Scale and duration matter more here than budget size.
• End-to-end ownership: you held the whole thing, first concept to post-event debrief, not a slice of someone else's run of show.
• Elite guest fluency: you have served high-net-worth, celebrity, or executive guests, and you know exactly why that guest is different.
• Budget command: six figures or more owned directly, forecast and reconciled, without ever lowering the standard.
• Grace under live pressure: something broke while guests were in the room, and they never knew.
• Endurance at pace: long builds, early calls, late nights, back-to-back programs across time zones. Inside an event cycle the pace accelerates and stays there.
• Discretion: confidential, high-profile environments are the normal operating condition, not the exception.

We personally review every submission. We are looking for proof of scale, proof of ownership, and proof that you hold your standard when the room is full and something has just gone wrong.
