About Tony Robbins, RRI
At Tony Robbins, Robbins Research International, we do not build products. We build experiences that move people. As the world's leading personal development and peak performance organization, our mission is to help people create lasting transformation in their lives, businesses, relationships, and health. Our events carry that mission to clients at the moments that matter most, the moments they decide to change.
We are hiring Sales Representatives to join our on-site Event Sales team in Scottsdale, the team responsible for enrolling clients into the events that change the trajectory of their lives. If you are driven by impact, competitive by nature, and ready to build a career rather than fill a seat, this is your moment.
----
About the Role
You spend your day on the phone with people who already raised their hand. Something in their life is not working and they are looking for the thing that changes it. Your job is to find out what that is, and get them in the room where it happens.
Average ticket is around $1,000. This is a volume game. High dials, real conversations, consistent conversion. The reps who win here are not waiting on leads to show up. They build their own pipeline, follow up with clients after every event, and grow a book of business that pays them again and again.
You will sit on-site in Scottsdale with a small, competitive team. Daily scoreboard. Live coaching. Your numbers are visible, and so is your growth.
----
โ What You Will Do
- Run 120 to 150 outbound dials per day into the Robbins Research client database and past-client referral pipelines
- Enroll clients into Tony Robbins events, starting with Unleash the Power Within
- Lead discovery conversations that surface what a client actually wants and what has been stopping them
- Build belief and urgency, and guide clients toward a decision on the call
- Develop back-end sales into larger events, with a target of one back-end sale per week
- Follow up with clients after events to keep them in the ecosystem and grow your book
- Maintain disciplined CRM execution in Salesforce
- Own your daily numbers: dials, connects, conversion rate, and cash collected
----
โ What We Are Looking For
- You can hold volume. 120 to 150 dials a day, every day. That is what it takes to generate enough real conversations to convert at the level this role pays for.
- You drive meaningful conversations, not pitches. You get someone talking about what they actually want, surface what has been in the way, and move them to a decision on the call.
- 2 or more years in outbound, high-volume, or consultative B2C sales, or 4 or more years in any consultative sales environment. We care more about production and activity tolerance than the exact number, but this is not an entry-level role.
- Numbers you can point to: quota attainment, conversion rates, revenue, commission earned, or top-of-board finishes
- You keep dialing when it is not working. Rejection is the job, and we want evidence you stayed consistent through a dip.
- You take coaching without defending yourself. You can name your gaps and you adjust fast.
- You want to be measured. Daily scoreboards and live feedback should sound like an advantage, not a threat.
- Available to work on-site in Scottsdale, Monday through Friday. This is not a remote or hybrid role.
----
โ Nice to Have
- Background in event sales, coaching or program enrollment, fitness and membership sales, solar, home improvement, real estate, insurance, financial services, or door-to-door
- Experience selling an offer where the decision is emotional and personal rather than operational
- Prior attendance at a Tony Robbins event, or genuine familiarity with personal development, coaching, or peak performance work
- Salesforce experience
- Comfort in a small, high-ownership team where you build alongside the people making the decisions
----
Compensation
Six figures is the target, not the ceiling.
You are selling events that change people's lives, and you are paid on results with no cap on the upside. The better you get, the more you make. That is the whole deal.
Base is $36,000, paid in full through your 90-day training, with commission from day one. Full-time, on-site, W2, based in Scottsdale.
Commission is a percentage of cash collected, and your rate climbs as you sell more:
- 1 to 20 tickets: 8%
- 21 to 50 tickets: 9%
- 51 or more tickets: 10%
- Back-end sales into our larger events: 8%, with a target of one per week
Year 1 on-target earnings are $90,000 to $120,000, inclusive of base. Three sales a day puts you around 60 tickets and $60,000 cash collected a month, which annualizes to roughly $108,000. Sell more, earn more. There is no cap.
Be realistic about your first few months. Hitting the top of that range inside three to six months is rare. The takeoff comes once you have settled in, built real pipeline, and worked a full UPW cycle to develop your back end. The reps earning at the top are the ones who pushed through that window. Top performers have the ability to well exceed this OTE by year two as their client book compounds.
On top of the comp: a company ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Program), full health, dental, and vision, world-class sales training and live coaching, and access to all Tony Robbins events and content. Monday through Friday. No weekends.

Why This Role
Most sales roles ask you to sell someone something they want. This one asks you to enroll someone into a decision that changes their health, their relationships, their business, and their sense of what is possible. The conversations are real, the stakes are real, and the people on the other end of the phone remember them for years.
You will be on a small team, on-site, building something that is still early. That means the training is hands-on, the feedback is immediate, and the ceiling is genuinely uncapped for the people who put in the work. We are not looking to fill chairs. We are looking for the kind of people who will define what this team becomes.

๐ป How to Apply
Apply through this page. You will be asked focused questions about your outbound activity history, your production numbers, and how you handle price objections.
As an example, one question will ask you to respond to a prospect who says they want to move forward but the cost feels like too much right now. We want to hear how you build belief and create urgency, not how you discount.
We personally review every submission. If your application moves forward, you will hear from us within a few business days.
Robbins Research International is an equal opportunity employer.
Every application is reviewed by our recruiting team, and you'll hear back either way.
