Sales Representative, Tony Robbins Events

🎯 Robbins Research International is hiring Sales Representatives for the Tony Robbins Events team, on-site in Scottsdale, AZ.

For nearly five decades Tony Robbins has filled arenas. Unleash the Power Within, Date With Destiny, Mastery University. Live and virtual, from anywhere on the planet, people show up, leave different than they arrived, and bring their people next time.

This role drives attendance and enrollments to Tony's most sought after programs.

• Enroll clients into Tony Robbins events, live and virtual, starting with Unleash the Power Within
• Run discovery conversations to surface client needs and limiting beliefs getting in their way
• Build belief and urgency, and guide clients toward a decision on the call
• Develop back-end sales into our larger events, target of one per week
• Follow up with clients after events to keep them in the ecosystem and grow your book
• Maintain disciplined CRM execution in Salesforce
• Own your daily numbers: dials, connects, conversion rate, and cash collected
• Maintain a 120+ outbound dial/day minimum

Earning Structure

• Uncapped commission from day one
• Year 1 OTE: $90,000 to $120,000.
• $36,000 base salary, paid 90-day training.
