Content Development Producer

About the role

Tony Robbins is hiring a Content Development Producer: the producer, researcher, and creative problem-solver who takes content from idea to finished product at live-broadcast tempo.

Think of it like being a producer on a live broadcast, except the show is a world-class event, the host is Tony, and everything changes in real time.

About 85 percent of this job is producing directly with Tony and the Creative team across live and digital events. The rest spans podcasts, media appearances, books, and video. You own the content end to end, from concept through completion, and you hold your standard the whole way.

We hire for DNA first, skills second. We care about content you have actually produced, the calls you made under pressure, and real work you can show us, not just a list of tools.

You will join a small, tight-knit Creative team of about five people, in a behind-the-scenes support role. We are looking for someone who wants a long-term home here, 3 to 5+ years.

The details: remote in the US with a strong preference for Florida, and we are open to relocation for the right person. Full-time, W2. Base salary is $85,000 to $95,000 depending on experience. Travel is up to 50 percent, domestic and international.
