Content Development Producer

🌐 Tony Robbins is hiring a Content Development Producer to work directly alongside our Creative team to produce the content that reaches millions, across live and digital events, media, editorial, podcasts, books, and video.

Our Creative department is the connective tissue between Tony's vision and the work that brings it to life. In this seat you are a producer, researcher, and creative problem-solver, often all in the same day. Think of it like producing a live broadcast, except the show is a world-class event, the host is Tony, and everything changes in real time.

What you will own:

• Produce content directly with Tony and the Creative team across live and digital events, roughly 85% of the role, plus podcasts, media appearances, books, and video
• Take work from idea to finished product yourself: research, build, format, deliver
• Protect Tony's voice, standards, and vision from concept through completion
• Spot risks early and solve problems on the fly, whether on stage, in studio, or mid-meeting

We are looking for clear signal around the following:

• Resourcefulness above all: you hear "that's not possible" and go find the way anyway, no matter the constraints
• Live-broadcast processing speed: you stay calm when it gets loud and make quick, high-quality calls under pressure
• Sleeves already rolled up: you take something from idea to finished product yourself, no handoff, no waiting for permission
• You run toward the hard stuff: when the challenge shows up you lean in instead of stepping back, and you go looking for it
• A precision instinct: you hold a high bar and protect it through every stage, even when the pace is flying
• Hands-on craft: strong command of Keynote and Apple OS, plus writing, editing, research, and fact verification

We hire for DNA first, skills second. We personally review every submission, and we are looking for content you have actually produced, the calls you made under pressure, and the standard you held from concept through completion. Show us real work, not a list of tools.
