About Tony Robbins, RRI
At Tony Robbins, Robbins Research International, we do not build products. We build experiences that move people. As the world's leading personal development and peak performance organization, our mission is to help people create lasting transformation in their lives, businesses, relationships, and health.
Coaching is where that work gets personal. A client is matched with a coach for 12 months and does the weekly work of changing how they operate. We are hiring Coaching Sales Representatives to have the conversation that gets a client into that program.
----
About the Role
You spend your day on the phone with clients who raised their hand about coaching. Something specific is not working, and they have usually been putting off doing anything about it for a while. Your job is to find out what is actually driving them, and to get a decision on that call.
This is a fast-cycle, high-ticket phone close. You meet a client at noon and by 12:45 they have committed to a 12-month program of about $12,000. You will not get a second meeting to build the case, so the discovery has to go deep the first time.
When your calendar is not full, you fill it. That means outbound calls to prospects and past clients at around 20 dials an hour, on an autodialer, and taking the rejection that comes with volume.
The seat is home based, with the autonomy to run your own sales strategy, and you will travel occasionally to sell coaching at RRI events. Clients come from all over the world.
Training runs in cohorts, so you ramp with other new representatives rather than alone. The bar is that you are running your own calls by the 90-day mark.
This is a sales seat. You are not coaching the client, you are enrolling them.
----
What You Will Do
- Run discovery and close on scheduled calls with clients interested in Results Coaching and Business Coaching
- Find the real motive behind what a client says they want, and build the case for acting now
- Close a 12-month coaching program, about a $12,000 offer, in a single 30 to 45 minute conversation
- Cross-sell and down-sell where a different program is the honest fit for the client
- Handle price and timing objections without discounting the program
- Make outbound calls to prospects and past clients at around 20 dials an hour when your calendar has room
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly coaching enrollment goals
- Keep Salesforce and the autodialer clean, with accurate notes and follow-up
- Travel occasionally to sell coaching at RRI events

What We Are Looking For
- Six or more years of recent sales experience, with a track record as a top producer, ideally in inside sales
- You have closed high-ticket offers yourself, on the phone, at $1,000 to $15,000 or more. Personal production, not team-influenced numbers.
- You close in one conversation, or you have done short-cycle sales where the decision happens while you are still on the call.
- You get past the first answer. When a client says they want to grow their business, you find out what is actually behind it before you present anything.
- You know your numbers, including cash collected, close rate, quota attainment, calls a day, or where you ranked on the team.
- Consultative selling is your default, and personal growth is something you genuinely care about rather than a topic you can discuss.
- You take coaching without defending yourself. The people who do well here practice, role-play, and research the program on their own.
- You hold up under pressure. Volume, rejection, and a light calendar do not change how you work.
- You build rapport with clients anywhere in the world.
- Salesforce experience is preferred, and comfort learning a new CRM and an autodialer quickly is required.
- You live in the United States and are authorized to work here without sponsorship.
----
Nice to Have
- Coaching or program enrollment, personal development, or seminar and front-of-room sales
- Medical aesthetics, wellness, fitness or membership sales, or another high-ticket consumer offer where the decision is emotional
- Formal sales training (Sandler, Dale Carnegie, Brian Tracy, or similar)
- Conversational Spanish. Clients ask for a Spanish speaking representative more often than we can cover.
- Genuine familiarity with personal development or coaching work
----
Compensation
On-target earnings run $110,000 to $250,000 a year and up, and top performers earn $180,000 and up. The commission is uncapped, so what you enroll sets what you earn.
Be realistic about the ramp. The representatives earning at the top here are the ones who got through the first few months of learning the coaching programs and building a calendar.
----
Why This Role
Most sales roles ask you to sell someone something they want. This one asks a client to commit a year and $12,000 to changing how they live or how they run their business. The conversations go deeper than a normal sales call, and they are the reason the good representatives stay.
This is not an inbound-only seat, a script-reading job, or a coaching role. It is a phone sales seat with a real bar and no cap.
----
How to Apply
Apply through this page. You will be asked about your production numbers, the price points you have closed, how you handle a $12,000 objection, and what you ask a client who is being vague about what they want.
Applications that move forward go to two short assessments, including a SparkHire video interview where you tell us why this role, then a conversation with our recruiting team, and a live mock call where you close a coaching program against our sales leader. Candidates research the coaching programs themselves before that call.
Robbins Research International is an equal opportunity employer.
Every application is reviewed by our recruiting team, and you'll hear back either way.
