Robbins Research International is hiring Personal Results Specialists for the Tony Robbins events and programs sales team. 100% remote, United States only.

For nearly five decades Tony Robbins has filled arenas. Unleash the Power Within, Date With Destiny, Mastery University. Live and virtual, from anywhere on the planet, people show up, leave different than they arrived, and bring their people next time.

This role enrolls clients into Tony's programs, one conversation at a time.

• Run 80 to 100+ outbound dials a day into a lead-rich database of people who already raised their hand
• Lead discovery conversations that surface what a client genuinely wants and what has been in the way
• Build belief and urgency, and guide clients to a decision on the call
• Sell across multiple programs, offers, and price points, from Unleash the Power Within to Mastery University
• Follow up across calls, texts, and email, and grow a client book that pays you again and again
• Keep disciplined CRM execution in Salesforce
• Own your numbers: dials, conversations, cash collected, and tickets sold

Earning Structure

• 100% commission after a 3-month paid training draw
• 10 to 15 percent of the cash you collect, paid every two weeks, no cap
• Typical first-year earnings: $90,000 to $120,000. Top performers exceed $200,000.

We personally review every submission. We are looking for proof that you can hold volume, that you close rather than discount, and that you have earned real money on commission before.
