Robbins Research International is hiring an Elite Membership Concierge for Tony Robbins' most elite membership. Remote, United States, with frequent travel.

Own the member relationship for Tony Robbins' most elite membership, from home and on the road. Members spend a year on exclusive trips and at live events, and you are their main point of contact for all of it.

What the seat owns:

The member relationship, from the first call to re-enrollment
The Lions tier, end to end
Retention, re-enrollment, and the cancellation rate
The budgets and forecasts behind member trips and events
Being on site at trips and live events around the world
Clean Salesforce records and weekly reporting to leadership

Compensation

$65,000 a year base salary, full-time
