We are the number one online platform built by Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi for people who want to market and monetize their knowledge. Behind our platform is a small, senior engineering team that builds the tooling members and our customer team rely on every day.

We are looking for clear signal around the following:

• Production full stack experience inside a professional engineering team with code review
• Depth in our stack: Next.js, React, TypeScript, Node, Express, MySQL, Redis
• Collaborative problem solving: you think fast with the team and pressure-test the plan before building, no rogue players
• Ownership: you take a ticket from to-do to done and own your own QA
• Startup pace: you roll with change when priorities pivot fast
• Real AI fluency: you use AI as a tool and know how to make sure what it gives you actually works, rather than handing it off unchecked
