Senior Marketing Strategy Analyst. Phoenix, AZ (hybrid, one to two office days a week). Confidential search on behalf of a fast-growing automotive retail group.

About our client

Our client is a fast-growing, multi-location automotive retail group that sells, finances, and services its own auto loans. The company expects to nearly double in size over the next 14 months and has a ten-year plan to grow several times larger. It is bringing marketing analytics in-house and building it as a core capability.

The opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Marketing Strategy Analyst to lead marketing analytics: decide what the company tests, judge whether the data can be trusted, and recommend where the next marketing dollar should go. This seat grows with the company. As marketing scales with the business, you'll shape how the company measures it and where it invests, and success here leads to owning the marketing analytics function as the company grows.

This is a strategy role built on technical depth. You'll set direction, and you'll need to understand how marketing data moves from first click to funded loan well enough to design it and catch when it breaks. Strong data and marketing analytics fundamentals are a requirement, because you can't build good strategy on numbers you can't trust.

What you'll own:

  • The full marketing funnel, from ad click to website visit, application, approval, and delivery
  • Attribution: how leads and sales get credited, how conversion data flows back to the ad platforms, and which tools and setup the company should run
  • Conversion rate testing across the website and data platform, and the reporting that shows what each test changed
  • Email and SMS reporting tied to approvals and deliveries, not opens and clicks
  • Recommendations on spend, conversion, and customer communication that account for inventory, approvals, and customer quality

Why this role

  • AI-first: the analytics team does most of its technical work with AI, and judgment matters more than code. You won't need to write SQL
  • You'll work closely with the development team: you decide how marketing data should flow, they build it, and you check that it works
  • You'll ramp up with the leaders of the company's core teams, learn the business (including automotive, if it's new to you)

Compensation

  • $100,000 to $115,000 base salary, plus a performance bonus.

The company hires for character first: humble, hungry, and smart. Tools can be learned. Character can't.

This is a confidential search run by Integrative Recruiting. All submissions are handled with full confidentiality, and qualified candidates are contacted directly; we share the company name in the first conversation.
